I created the Maxey Information Services website in 2008 when I retired from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The website provided information on my activities regarding consulting services and specific interests. Those interests are diverse, and as I enter my 70’s, I want to clarify the major topics and links on this website. Starting with my time at Mississippi State University and moving forward.
