They Know Who Killed the Lieutenant
This is an article that I wrote for the USAID history – “Fifty Years in USAID: Stories from the Front Lines.” The quote that became the title of the article was from a young non-commissioned officer who had lost his platoon leader to an Al-Qaeda attack in Baqubah, a city north of Baghdad.
