I wrote a blog post about my brother responding to my query of available work in Grenada Mississippi and his response that there was plenty of work and his question back to me -- "Can you drive a skidder?"

A skidder is a tractor like piece of equipment that is used to pull timber out of the forest once it is cut down.  A recent copy of Fortune magazine had an article about how the work place is changing with skill level taking precedence over a college degree.  The photograph in the article shows a young man learning to drive a skidder.
