I was in Yemen in September 2012 when the Embassy was attacked by a mob. The photos below are screenshots from my Facebook page where I was posting live events unfolded. We made it through these problems and went on to establish an agriculture value chain project that included Arabica coffee. The story of Yemeni coffee was later made famous the book by Dave Eggers -- "The Monk of Mokha."
